Water2Water can provide services based on an extensive experience in the design of new water treatment facilities, process optimisation of existing plant and the auditing of same such as but not limited to the following.


Potable Water Treatment

Water chemistry, coagulation, flocculation, clarification, media filtration (gravity and pressure systems), manganese contactors and granular activated carbon (GAC) contactors. Including the ancillaries associated with all of these elements such as chemical dosing, sizing and backwashing requirements including wash water recovery.


Brackish and Seawater Treatment (Pretreatment)

As for potable water but focusing on the specific treatment requirements, post screening, before reverse osmosis i.e. BWRO and SWRO


Process Auditing and Optimisation

A review of proposed or existing facilities to assess performance and any opportunities for improving water quality, capacity and production outcomes.


Additional Specialist Services.

  • Pilot plant design.
  • Process schematics and data sheets.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • System failure investigations, in particular with filter underdrains such as pipe and block laterals, monolithic or suspended nozzle floors.
  • Process training, based on a one to one or class-based approach.
  • Investigations and reports in support of Expert Witness duties.
  • Thickener design including the thickening of surplus activated using DAF.
