Filter Services Offered

Process design and operational services offered by way of example but not necessarily limited to are as follows.

1. Chemical dosing requirements in terms of dose rates to achieve optimal filtration.
2. Media configuration and selection
3. Sizing in terms of hydraulic and solids loadings.
4. Air blower and backwash design plus unit sizing.
5. Main process valves and Interconnecting piping, nominal sizing.
6. Process performance auditing
7. Underdrain auditing or troubleshooting in terms of providing recommendations, supervision and reporting on inspections plus mitigation measures. possible repair or replacement.

Note.

Not included as part of the process services offered are any mechanical or structural requirements. Advice may be provided but it will be for others to specify these areas.
